Who is Vendita Technology?

Vendita Technology was founded in 2008 by our CEO, Doug Sullinger, a 20-year IT industry veteran.

In the beginning, Sullinger worked alone, closing a few deals a year. However, the business eventually boomed and Vendita snowballed and grew into what it is today. Today, Vendita is a multifaceted organization with multiple divisions such as marketing, development, HR, sales, management, payroll, and more. Vendita grew from one man in a home office into a true corporation.

Our roots are in software asset management, specifically Oracle compliance and license management. For more than a decade, we have been helping public and private organizations of all sizes and verticles around the globe with their licensing and compliance issues resulting in hundreds of millions of dollars in savings.

We are an Oracle partner, an official IBM reseller and one of only 13 companies in the world verified for accuracy by Oracle licensing and compliance tool that is also authorized to resell Oracle licenses. We have been recognized as Oracle Partner of the Year in back-to-back years.

Moving on from our legacy business, we have built our own software, Master Automation Solution, MAS.
