Grantor hereby grants to Grantee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and royalty-free right and license to use the Grantor’s trademarks as such trademarks may be modified from time to time at www.vendita.com/trademark, in connection with the sale or other distribution, promotion, advertising and maintenance of the Products for so long as such trademarks are used by Grantee in accordance with Grantor’s standards, specifications and instructions, but in no event beyond the term of any agreement that incorporates this policy. Grantee shall afford Grantor reasonable opportunities during the term hereof to inspect and monitor the activities of Grantee in order to ensure Grantee’s use of the trademarks in accordance with Grantor’s standards and instructions. Grantee shall acquire no right, title or interest in such Grantor trademarks other than the foregoing limited license, and Grantee shall not use any Grantor trademarks as part of Grantee’s corporate or trade name or permit any third party to do so without the prior written consent of Grantor.
